FLUKE-62 MAX+ Customer reviews

cornelio v dominguez

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5.0 out of 5 stars)

Very accurate barometer of body temperature when EMS is set to .74. I bought Fluke 62 max plus for I intended to use it to humans. In the reviews, I read this IR thermometer is not suitable for human is flat out wrong. I took an oral thermometer, to measure my body temperature and reads 97.2 F. I took again my temperature this time with Fluke 62 max plus where the EMS I set at .74 and my temperature read exactly 97.2F. I validated the body temperature of the other members of the family with oral thermometer read and that of Fluke 62 max plus to be the same with a variation of .2F. How much more accurate for that temp read with Fluke 62 max plus do you need? I played around with EMS value to the Fluke 62 max plus until I came up with .74 that reads close to oral thermometer read.
